Hello, 

Having two camera folders would be an indication that at one point you created a second folder, or perhaps you ran an FTP test which created a default folder. In any case, it is very easy to delete any unwanted camera folders; simply logon as camera admin and then click the red 'X' you see under that camera on the My Cameras page.
