Your billing date is the day of the month when your account was created. You can log in to www.cameraftp.com, then go to Account page, click Account Balance to find your account creation date.
The billing date is often not the same as the order date. We offer free basic service, plus users can try our paid cloud recording service for free, so most users will sign up first and order later.
The account creation date never changes; but the order date can change and may not be unique. For example, a user can order one camera subscription today; after a week, he can order another subscription; and he can order more subscriptions later and cancel the previous subscription(s). It will not change the account billing date.
If you enabled automatic debiting, the system can automatically debit your saved credit card or PayPal account on your billing date. Otherwise, your account Cash Balance will become negative. You can make a manual payment on www.CameraFTP.com.
