I'm looking into the future. At 12:59pm, the player time reads 5-10 min in the future (the scrubber bar). Is there any way to sync clocks? Is this a server time issue on your end?

I take it that its OK that we have our camera set to create a new folder for every day, seeing as

This is happening to me as well.

The bottom time displayed below the image is about 10 mins ahead of my computer time (which is synced and accruate).

Is there anyway to change this or does it come from CameraFTP's servers?

I have the same issue with the timestamp. Mine is about 17 minutes ahead than the actual time.

Do you still have this problem? If so, please email us more detailed information about the problem. We need to know your time zone, and which viewer do you use. Is it the browser based viewer or mobile viewer for iPhone, iPad, Android or Windows Phone?
