 Hello!

 
Today I have attempted to upgrade my cameraftp account from monthly to annual.
 
Unfortunately I think something went wrong.
 
I just need to update to annual, but it seems I have paid it 2 times.
 
Please refund me on of the payments.

You ordered one subscription first, then cancelled it; and then you ordered another subscription. By default, the system will only credit to your CameraFTP account, which can be automatically used for your future service fees.  We have now refunded you.
