I dont have anymore interest on this service. How to cancel it definetely ?

 You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging onto your account and visiting the subscription management page: https://www.cameraftp.com/secure/SubscribeHistory.aspx. You will just need to select the Order Item ID and click 'cancel' for any active subscriptions.

 I need Transaction ID 42004324, Type Deposit, to be canceled because my cameras are not working and I do not need the service anymore.

We offer a 3-day free trial to make sure your cameras  are compatible before you are required to order a subscription. Is there a reason that you did not test this before purchasing? Please send an email to support@cameraftp.com if you would like assistance with your camera setup. 

Otherwise, you can cancel your subscription at anytime from the subscription management page: https://www.cameraftp.com/secure/SubscribeHistory.aspx
