I get an "unknown error" message when attempting to set up All Wansview camera in step 2. What is the password; also there is an autofill  "./" in the path field. 
I was looking forward to using your service but this is all a little much for someone like me.

You can find your FTP password by clicking on the setting icon for the camera folder you create on your account. We would be more than happy to help troubleshoot your camera configuration. Please email support@cameraftp.com with screenshots of your configuration pages and any other applicable information so we can assist.

 6 hrs later still not past step 2. Doesn't look like your service is going to work for me.

Thank you for your response. Wansview is actually one of the more popular camera brands used with our service, so you should absolutely be able to use your device with CameraFTP. Please email us screenshots of your camera configuration pages so we can help troubleshoot: support@cameraftp.com.

Hi 50 Strong, Please email us screenshots of your camera configuration pages so we can assist with configuration. You should absolutely be able to use your Wansview device with CameraFTP.
