I am using SecuritySpy software for Mac. I have been able to upload a file, but unable to play it. The file is in QuickTime format.

The current version CameraFTP service can store all video file formats. However, our player software is optimized for the mainstream IP cameras, our Mobile Camera apps and Webcam Security Camera app. 

You should be able to download the Quicktime files from any web browser and play them locally. You can also use any FTP client software to download the files in batch. We plan to support most video formats in a few months.
