I have got a camera form Aliexpress. This one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007404767801.html

Its dual lens camera.

In its android app the camera was configured and it is working. It supports ONVIF.

I got Camera FTP from windows 10 store as an app.

I add the camera IP and port in CameraFTP software and it discovers 2 URLs for rtsp: streamings.

When I select any of them and click NEXT it stays forever on Verifying selected video URL.

What can be done to get past this screen?

Sorry for the trouble. The camera brand is unfamiliar to us. We have not tested it. However, if it can actually support standard protocols like ONVIF and RTSP, then it should normally work with CameraFTP VSS. In this case, I guess there is a compatibility problem. CameraFTP VSS has a built-in feature for "sending event logs to support". The event logs are often very helpful in trouble shooting. Please click Settings -> Event Logs -> Send Event Logs to Support.

In some cases, we can also check it remotely with DriveHQ Team Anywhere remote desktop service. If we do connect to your PC, we will check if the RTSP video streams work as expected.

Lastly, you can contact your camera manufacturer and ask them if they have tested / optimized their cameras for CameraFTP VSS software (or other VMS software).
