Hello. Live image of the camera freezes after about 4-5 seconds, on FTP software. What can I do to see the picture in real time with no interruptions? Foscam software is functioning normally. Camera is C1 Lite from Foscam. Thank you.

Foscam C1 Lite can upload both image snapshots and video clips. Please note you shall not configure the camera to upload both, otherwise, you need to order two separate camera licenses.

If your camera only uploads images, or video clips, then you will not have this problem. (Another possible issue is that your camera was configured to upload only when a motion is detected. If so, then it is probably normal - though usually it will play for at least 15 seconds)
