I just signed up for 3 frames per second but the software that connects the webcam with your FTP server only offers 1 frame per second as the fastest option. (I even restarted the app after switching from free trial to paid account.)  Please advise on whether I need to downgrade my account and not pay for 3 frames a second or if there is something I can do to change this in the app.

The current version of Webcam FTP Service does have some limitations. We are working on a much more powerful version now and will be renamed as "Virtual Security Camera System".

If you have Windows 8, you can also try our new "Webcam Security Camera" for Windows 8.

You can also use a smart phone or tablet as a security camera by installing our mobile security camera app.

Otherwise, you can downgrade it to 1 image/sec. Sorry for that.
