When I try to log in on my HTC One Android App I get a pop up that asks that I sign up or sign on, despite the fact that I am clearly signed on because at the top (behind the pop up) it says "Welcome" and my username. Still, below, it says please log on to record images to cameraftp.com. What do I need to do in order to resolve this?

 Thank you for your message. It is possible that the app has saved your username, though it will still need to confirm your credentials when you re-open it.
