May you assist me with an issue I am having? 

I followed the instructions as close as possible on my IP cameras, but for whatever reason, the recordings are skipping odd minutes (only even minutes are recording).

My plan consists of 1 frame per second, at widescreen 360 pixels.

 Please send screenshots of your camera confirugation pages to support@cameraftp.com or as attachments here so we can help you with determining your cameras limitations. Please also include the brand and model for the camera you are using.
