The problem had been resolved quite a while ago. Sorry we forgot to update here. The Android Mobile Security Camera app can run even if the microphone access is denied. Also, if microphone access is allowed, you can set the app not to record audio. Just tap Settings, then uncheck the checkbox of "Include audio in video recording".
Please note there is another similar checkbox "Enable audio for live viewing and video calling". If you want to completely turn off audio support, then, please uncheck it as well. Otherwise, you can use CameraFTP Viewer to view the live camera video with audio.
