If you use CameraFTP Mobile Security Camera app on a smartphone/tablet as a virtual IP camera, please make sure that the device is powered on and that the Mobile Security Camera app is running. You can then log in to www.cameraftp.com website, or use CameraFTP Viewer app to view the live camera.
Mobile Security Camera app supports local recording and limited cloud recording. Cloud recording is more secure as the footage is stored in the cloud. Even if the device is destroyed, the recorded footage will still be safe in the cloud. To view the recorded footage, please make sure that the camera app is recording.
