Most IP cameras can only upload images to FTP server. CameraFTP Viewer apps are designed to play the recorded images as videos.
If your camera supports video and can upload video clips to CameraFTP, then you can still use CameraFTP as cloud storage and remote monitoring tool. However, the viewer cannot play the recorded video files. You just need to download the video clip files and play them locally.
We are working on new version of viewer apps for iOS, Android, WP and Windows 8. We expect to fully support video clips in a couple months
