hi, some months ago i cand see the records in my browser and select direfents speeds 1x, 4x , 20x, 30x, but now its limited to 10x, why?

The system still allows you to playback footage at 20frames/s and 30frames/s. Please logon and take another look at the viewer from the website. If you are having difficulties, please send an email to support@cameraftp.com
